Upper Glute Burnout
This booty burnout 🔥 Reverse hypers and lateral band work… gets the upper glutes every time 👌🏼
For this workout I used the S/M Regular Glute Loop from Bret Contreras. I like to place the band right above my knees, which is where I – along with most – feel the best glute activation. But you can also try the band below the knees or even higher up on the thighs. Play around with it and find what feels best for you! 🤗
