Cutting boards and wooden utensils are a kitchen’s prized possessions. They don’t scratch your pans, they have a good hand feel, they’re non-toxic, and overtime they get better with use. In order for them to last a lifetime though, you must treat them with love and care. It doesn’t take much, but a good oil and sand every now and then will keep them primed.
